"Title: AVOID THIS COMPANY – Predatory Practices and Terrible Service I've never experienced such unethical and predatory practices from an insurance company as I have with State Farm(David Ziegenbalg).At first, their rates seemed competitive, but once I signed up, everything changed for the worse. • Unjust Premium Increases: After just a few months, my premiums skyrocketed for no apparent reason. When I contacted customer service, they provided vague explanations and blamed “industry standards.” It felt like they were hiking up my rates simply because they knew I was locked in. • Claim Denial Tactics: When I finally had to file a claim, I was met with constant delays and requests for unnecessary documentation. It was clear they were trying to wear me down and find any reason to deny my claim. They questioned every detail, even things unrelated to the claim, just to avoid paying out. • Misleading Policy Terms: They lured me in with promises of comprehensive coverage, but when I actually needed it, I found out that many things were not covered, even though their agents assured me otherwise when I signed up. They used fine print to exclude key coverage. • Pressuring Sales Tactics: Their sales agents were aggressive, using high-pressure tactics to get me to buy additional coverage that I didn’t need. After I declined, they continued to call, pushing unnecessary riders that would just inflate my premiums. • Horrible Customer Service: Every time I called, I was either put on hold for an hour or transferred multiple times. No one seemed to care or even understand the details of my policy. It was clear they were trained to deflect complaints rather than actually help customers. Overall, State Farm(David Ziegenbalg).operates like a scam, preying on their customers with deceptive practices and refusing to provide the coverage they promised. I strongly urge anyone considering this company to think twice. You're better off with a more reputable provider that values honesty and customer service."
